By accessing or using Secret Healings (the "Platform"), creating an account, or purchasing live consultation minutes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

User Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use Secret Healings and create an account, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Live Consultations, Billing & Payment Terms

Certain advanced readings and live voice advisor sessions (e.g., Acharya Ananya, Dr. Arya Deshmukh, Yogini Gayatri Devi, Devi Sunita Solaris) may incur per-minute fees or fixed session costs.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store credit card or banking secrets.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the immediate real-time computational delivery of AI voice and card interpretations, completed sessions are generally non-refundable unless technical connection failures occur on our infrastructure.
  • Billing Disputes: Please contact support@secrethealings.com with your Transaction ID within 7 business days of any disputed charge.

Intellectual Property Rights

The 78 Rider-Waite-Smith card artwork representations, bespoke AI reader personas, algorithmic card-matching scripts, graphic user interfaces, and software codebase are protected by copyright, trademark, and proprietary intellectual property laws. You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, or reproduce platform assets without prior written consent.

Account Termination & Data Erasure

You have the right to terminate your account and erase all associated data at any time via the Privacy Center under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community safety standards or engage in malicious behavior.
